All products include FREE SHIPPING within the Contiguous United States.

We ship all packages USPS and product will arrive in 3-5 business days.

If you have paid via eCheck Processing, please allow up to 72 hours for your check to clear, at which point, your order will be filled and shipped.

International order inquires as well as order inquires from Hawaii and Alaska should contact Orders@EngErotics.com for a shipping quote. Any required duty or import tax is the exclusive responsibility of the client.

EngErotics Return Policy

For sanitary reasons and also for the health and safety of our customers and staff, all sales are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE unless purchased product is found to be defective.

If an item is found to be defective, we will exchange it for the same item free of charge. Shipping the defective item back to EngErotics is your responsibility and at your expense. In order to have a defective item replaced, please email us at Orders@EngErotics.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We will then provide you instructions on how to ship your defective item back to us. Once we have received your defective item and the defect has been verified, we will promptly ship a replacement to you. All defective items MUST be returned with ALL original parts and packaging (cords, remote controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc) in order for the exchange to take place.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some product brands that are offered on EngErotics.com may offer a Manufacturer Warranty. It is your responsibility to visit the particular brand’s website for the purpose of learning how you may get your Manufacturer Warranty honored. EngErotics, Inc. is not responsible for upholding the Manufacturer Warranties of other product brands.
